Infarmed approved the sale of a dry flower with THC in a pharmacy, with a prescription, used through vaporization and using a certified medical device.
The law that allows cannabis-based products to be sold in pharmacies was passed two years ago, but only now has the green light been given for the sale of the first medicinal cannabis preparation. According to "Jornal de Notícias", the dried flower with THC, used through vaporization and using a certified medical device, may be sold from April. This sale is only made with a prescription.
